I've spent over a decade in product quality assurance with one core mission: finding the bugs before the customers do. Across 375+ digital releases worth $350MM+ in sales, I've validated user experiences for companies like Verizon and Armani Exchange—covering everything from high-stakes releases to  sales flow changes.

My creative approach combines testing with deep user empathy. I don't just ask "why do this?"—I ask "does it work for them, and why should they care?" This means connecting design decisions to business outcomes and customer satisfaction, translating data into new UX, and quickly noticing a button that needs to be 4px to the left.

I bridge design, development, and testing, which means I can take an idea from rough sketch → polished design → live Webflow build → bug-proof release. I’m comfortable collaborating with engineering, spotting pitfalls early, and making sure every detail feels intentional.
